“Finding the Real You” is a creative, activity-based workshop helping young people explore confidence, identity, self-belief and future direction. The session is practical, reflective, and engaging, encouraging teenagers to think about who they are, what they value, what strengths they already have, and how they can take small positive steps forward. Activities may include discussion, creative tasks, teamwork, and simple reflection exercises in a safe, relaxed group setting.
Hands-on tasks keep everyone engaged and learning.
Activities are designed to help young people recognise their strengths.
Guided conversations and creative tasks support personal growth.
Opportunities for open, relaxed group sharing and teamwork.
Simple exercises help teens pause and appreciate their progress.
Supportive, non-judgemental environment for just 6–10 participants.
This workshop is perfect for home educated young people aged 13–18 who may benefit from a small-group session focused on confidence, self-expression, identity, communication, future thinking and positive personal development. Your teen does not need to be confident, outgoing or creative to take part. The session is designed to meet them where they are and welcome every personality.

Many teenagers are trying to understand who they are, where they fit in, and what they want for their future. "Finding the Real You" gives them space to pause, reflect and explore their strengths in a practical, supportive way, helping them take authentic steps forward in a friendly group environment.

Teens Know All Academy CIC is a registered Community Interest Company supporting young people through practical workshops focused on confidence, communication, resilience, enterprise thinking and future readiness.
The founder is a QTS teacher with a current DBS, Level 1 and Level 2 safeguarding training, and around 6 years’ experience working with learners.
As this is a pilot session, young people will be invited to complete short anonymous before-and-after feedback forms. This helps Teens Know All Academy CIC understand demand, improve future workshops and evidence impact. No names or personal identifying details will be collected through the feedback forms.
Places are limited to keep the group small, relaxed and interactive (maximum 10 young people). Parents/carers are welcomed to book a paid ticket. Early booking is strongly advised.
